American Express Business Insights is the analytics and consulting arm of American Express. They use their significant wealth of aggregated consumer and business spending data to help businesses better understand consumer decision making.

American Express Business Insights was launched in the US in 2010 and in 2011, Caleb Hulme-Moir oversaw its launch and introduction to the UK and France.

The objective of our media strategy was to raise awareness of American Express's analytics capabilities with merchants who would benefit from their consulting services. This was achieved through a combination of high-level relationship building media events as well as identifying and releasing data-driven consumer trends relating to sectors of strength for American Express, including, fashion, tourism and fine dining.
