Heading to Rotorua for our annual team trip
This year’s annual team trip took us to Rotorua, where we packed in adventure, strategy and planning for the year ahead with plenty of laughs in between.
We kicked things off by experiencing the magic of Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa who we have worked with for the past year-and-a-half. It was very special to experience the two-hour restorative journey for ourselves – worthy of all hype!
Monday morning had us soaring through the treetops with our friends at Rotorua Canopy Tours who we’ve partnered with for seven years! We loved seeing the results of their conservation efforts to protect Aotearoa’s native wildlife and forestry.
Later that day, we explored Lake Rotoiti with Pure Cruise New Zealand. The highlight was visiting the Lake Rotoiti Hot Pools, tucked away in a peaceful corner of the lake only accessible by boat.
After all the fun, we put pen to paper with Liana Stupples, revisiting our big scary goals, and formulating a strategy for the year ahead. This was followed by an evening connecting with past and present Mana clients.
This trip was about celebrating our journey as a team, acknowledging the hard mahi we’ve done over the last 12 months, and reflecting on the goals we’ve already achieved together this year. We returned to the office united and hungry to achieve even loftier goals for the next year.
As we approach ten years of operation, we can’t wait to see what the next year has in store for Mana Communications.
